A woven natural fibre observed through upholstery, drapery, and surface layering. Its character comes from texture, movement, and the way it responds to changing light.

OBS.02

Travertine becomes more interesting as it becomes less perfect.

Observed Surface 01

Travertine is formed through mineral deposits carried by moving water. Small cavities, tonal shifts, and irregular edges are not defects but evidence of its formation.

Across residential and hospitality projects, the material is often selected for its ability to soften light and reduce visual noise. Rather than reflecting attention, it absorbs it.

Its character is rarely immediate. It emerges through occupation, shadow, and use.

Every project begins with observation.

Travertine

An interior design practice attentive to material, light, and the passage of time.
